In addition to offering a comprehensive range of spare parts and repair, service and support facilities for our own range of change, token dispensing, ticketing and vending machines, we can offer the same, efficiently and cost effectively, for products from a wide range of other manufacturers, including Money Controls and Innovative Technology, for both of whom we are qualified to Approved Service Centre status
Payment by Credit and Debit Card
In order to avoid delays in supplying spare parts and service to customers who do not have an established credit account with us, we can accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit cards (either with the cardholder present or over the telephone) and Switch and Solo debit cards (only with cardholder present)
Free commissioning and operator training (British mainland only; excluding 1000 series products)
After delivery, one of our technicians will visit to install and commission your Thomas machine, give operator training and ensure that your new machine is working correctly and to your satisfaction before leaving your site, all free of charge
Free, One year, return-to-base warranty
Your Thomas machine comes with a full factory one year, back-to-base warranty. Clients have the option of taking out a range of fully inclusive maintenance contracts UK –wide.
Follow up calls
After you have had your Thomas machine for about one month and again after six months, we will call you or your nominated representative, to make sure that you are enjoying trouble free operation, that it meets your requirements and expectations and to determine if there are any enhancements you would like to see on it

Free technical training
In addition to the operator training we provide at the time of delivery and commissioning, we also offer training seminars at our factory for your technical personnel, at times arranged to suit your convenience. Simply get them to our factory, or to a UK port or airport in the case of personnel from overseas, and we will take care of everything else, free of charge
Free technical bulletins
We will keep you advised of product developments, quality improvements and other matters relating to our products by means of regular technical bulletins. These are available on this website or can be mailed or e-mailed to you free of charge if you register with us
Service exchange facilities
We offer service exchange (you send a defective part to us and, after receipt, we return a reconditioned part of equivalent specification to you) facilities, subject to account status
Service contracts
We offer a range of annual service contracts, with varying response times, designed to give you comfort and peace of mind on your annual maintenance costs
