[Just the ticket for additional security]
With TicketPay, all cash wins are printed on standard slot tickets. These are dispensed from an add-on printer module, which works seamlessly with all cc-talk or SAS-based machines.
When you use it in the secure (off-line) mode a special security dongle encrypts a code for every win. This is added to the printed ticket as a bar code, along with the amount of the win. The Thomas PayStation reads the
code, via the banknote reader, validates the ticket and pays out the winnings printed on the ticket. The ticket stays in the stacker of the banknote reader for audit reconciliation.
An ideal solution for operators who require secure payout but don’t require a networked solution.
Networked for less work
- If you have a requirement for real time information you can use the networked mode to obtain a real-time and accurate view of payment information to help you manage your business more efficiently.
- In this mode, TicketPay connects all your machines to a site server via a secure wireless or a wired Ethernet connection. When a player has a win, the amount is printed onto a bar coded ticket and also recorded on the server.
- When the ticket is fed into the Thomas PayStation, the bar code is compared to the data on the server. If the two match the player can collect their winnings – and start celebrating.
